Managing Quality in Healthcare Services

This System is marketed under the Meridian brand name and is designed to assure conformance to the latest National Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Care and The Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations, 2002.

The System addresses the business of a Domiciliary Care Agency as four modules, and this forms the structure of the main manuals. These modules are:

Business Management
Quality Systems Management
Care Management
Health & Safety Management (specific to a domiciliary setting)

The System consists of a series of Manuals which can be taken singly or as sets. The Manuals are supplied as hard copies and on an interactive CD-ROM in Microsoft Word format to enable you to quickly and easily customise the System to suit your needs. The Quality Self-Assessment Manual contains cross-references to the appropriate Care Standards and Regulations. Manuals and costs are as follows:
