Terms and Conditions

1. GMP System Manuals and CDs are supplied for use by you, the client, at your nominated single site ONLY unless otherwise agreed with GMP Systems.

2. The term “use by the client” is applicable to all staff within your organisation. You may make copies of Manuals and CDs ONLY for use within your organisation’s single site unless otherwise agreed with GMP Systems.

3. Orders for GMP Systems products may be placed by telephone, fax, e-mail, letter or on-line. In all cases payment must be made with the order before any products are despatched, unless otherwise agreed with GMP Systems.

4. GMP Systems does NOT provide System Manuals or CDs “on approval”. The GMP Systems’ website provides the opportunity to examine samples of our material, and therefore GMP Systems operates a “no returns” and a “no refund” policy. GMP Systems agrees to supply the client organisation with our products on this strict understanding.

5. In the event that a client wishes to cancel a product ordered on-line, the client MUST contact GMP Systems within a maximum of 24 hours of the booking.

6. GMP Systems reserves the right to revise or vary prices as and when it deems appropriate. Prices quoted on our literature or on our website are those applicable at any given time.

7. Prices quoted on this website for product manuals include postage and packing at standard UK postal rates unless otherwise agreed with the client on an exception basis. Where requested, premium postal services such as special delivery, and overseas postal services, will be subject to additional charges at cost.

8. GMP Systems only provides products and services to its clients in good faith and in an advisory capacity, and does not absolve the client from their legal responsibilities. GMP Systems does not accept any liability for any error, omission or matter arising in any way from GMP Systems products or services.

9. By placing an order for GMP Systems’ products or services the client accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

10. GMP Systems reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time; accordingly, you should review these Terms and Conditions each time you view this website. Your continued use of the website signifies that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as they are amended.

11. You are also asked to familiarise yourself with our Privacy Policy, and our Copyright and Disclaimer Statements, links for which may be found at the foot of this page. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are also deemed to have read and accepted the terms of the Privacy Policy and our Copyright and Disclaimer Statements.
