What we offer:

Our Systems are presented as Manuals, each supported by a CD-ROM in Microsoft Word to enable you to customise them. We cover a wide range of market sectors within Social Care, Health Care, and Early Years and we believe we have the most comprehensive selection of Quality and Health & Safety Management products available anywhere. These Manuals may be purchased singly or as more cost-effective “sets”. Please click on the appropriate link from the list on the left-hand side of this page for your sector of choice, for example, Domiciliary Care Services, or Care Homes for Older People, for more information. You will also find a selection of sample pages from each Manual available for viewing and downloading throughout the website as pdf files (you will need Acrobat Reader, downloadable for free, to read these files).

How the Systems work:

Our Systems are designed to assess the quality of care that is being delivered to the Service User. The Systems meet the latest Care Standards and Regulations, and our continuous Up-date Service ensures that we remain at the forefront of Quality and Health & Safety Management.

Each system has a basic foundation of a Quality Self-Assessment Manual, a Policy Manual and a Forms Library which can be supplied in both hard copy and CD-ROM formats. Each Manual is divided into 4 broad modules as follows (exact titles may vary according to the sector):

  • Business Management
  • Continuous Quality Improvement
  • Looking After the Service User
  • Health & Safety Management

The Quality Self-Assessment Manual is designed to be applied to your existing systems and procedures and will help to identify gaps in relation to the Standards / Regulations in terms of policies and other documentation. For start-up organisations they provide all the information needed to get you up and running. The Policy Manual contains a comprehensive set of model policies and the Forms Library contains model record forms that are referenced in the Policy Manual.

Additional specialised Manuals are available as appropriate to the market sector. For example, Health & Safety Risk Assessment Schedules and Staff Handbooks.
