A: Management of Tenant Welfare & Support - for direct Tenancy Agreements.
B: Supporting People - Management of Services - to address the Core and Supplementary Service Objectives of the Supporting People initiative.
Health & Safety - covers all Health & Safety policies needed for occupational health and safety, hygiene, maintenance of premises, environmental safety and security etc. Includes the latest Fire Safety Regulations.
