Bomar Services is a highly respected consultancy and training company to the care industry. We have many years experience in work place learning and over 35 years experience in nursing and management. We have a broad knowledge base and specialise in delivering management and care to the independent care sector to support the meeting of National Minimum Standards.

Examples of current projects includes delivering underpinning knowledge to learners undertaking NVQ’s such as the Leadership and Management in Social Care, Management at all levels, and Health and Social Care at all levels. Our sessions are specifically organised for all staff who are involved with hands-on care delivery to Adults and Older People.

We are all professionally qualified tutors and currently deliver sessions on a wide range of topics, including The Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty, Care Planning, Risk Management and Safeguarding Adults.
