This new VistaPoint™ Quality Management System is specific to the requirements of a Domiciliary Supported Living Service for Dependent People; mainly those with Learning and / or Physical Disabilities. It is designed to assure your compliance to the C.Q.C. outcome-driven inspection and registration process which became effective from October 2010. The System is supplied as 3 core Manuals which can be taken singly or as a set. A supplementary generic Manual covering Hygiene, Health & Safety, a generic Staff Handbook and a model Quality Manual for those Organisations seeking Certification to the ISO 9001 : 2008 International Quality Standard are also available (see Domiciliary Care Services for Adults & Older People). All Manuals are supplied as hard copies and on a CD-ROM (MS Word format).
