Managing Quality in Healthcare Services

VistapointThis System is marketed under the VistaPointTM brand name and is designed to assure conformance to the latest National Minimum Standards for Care Homes for Adults, (18 - 65) and Supplementary Standards for Care Homes accommodating Young People aged 16 and 17.

The System addresses the business of a Care Home for People with Mental Health Disorders as four modules, and this forms the structure of the main manuals. These modules are:

  1. Business Management
  2. Quality Systems Management
  3. Care and Welfare of the Service User
  4. Health & Safety Management

The System consists of a series of Manuals which can be taken singly or as sets. The Manuals are supplied as hard copies and on an interactive CD-ROM in Microsoft Word format to enable you to quickly and easily customise the System to suit your needs. The Quality Self-Assessment Manual contains cross-references to the appropriate Care Standards and Regulations. Manuals and costs are as follows:
